文章对“统一犯罪报告”项目、“全国犯罪被害调查”项目进行了比较研究,研究结果表明这两个项目既有广泛联系,又存在重大区别,是一个矛盾的统一体。只有综合地使用,才能较为全面地了解美国犯罪趋势。 The article makes a comparative study on the “Uniform Crime Report” and the “National Crime Victimization Survey”. The results show that these two projects are both extensively linked and have significant differences, and are a contradictory unity. Only when used in combination can we have a more complete understanding of the criminal trends in the United States.
