钙营养与其他元素作用的问题已受到越来越多研究者的关注。人体试验多显示补钙对锌的吸收无影响或影响轻微,而部分动物实验则显示钙抑制锌的吸收。钙可能抑制机体短期内铁的吸收,但对机体长期铁状况无明显影响。合理补钙是预防和治疗铅中毒的有效方法之一,但对于血铅水平低的低暴露人群可能是不必要的。补钙可能抑制铜的吸收,对镁、硒、碘等元素影响不大。该文综述了近年来关于钙营养与锌、铁、铅及其他元素作用方面研究的新进展,为进一步深入研究提供参考。
The issue of the role of calcium nutrition and other elements has attracted more and more researchers’ attention. Human tests show that calcium supplementation has no or little effect on zinc absorption, whereas some animal experiments show that calcium inhibits zinc absorption. Calcium may inhibit the body’s absorption of iron in the short term, but no significant effect on the body’s long-term iron status. Proper calcium supplementation is one of the effective ways to prevent and treat lead poisoning, but it may not be necessary for low-exposure people with low blood lead levels. Calcium may inhibit the absorption of copper, magnesium, selenium, iodine and other elements have little effect. This review summarizes recent advances in the studies on the effects of calcium nutrition and zinc, iron, lead and other elements and provides references for further research.
