目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤组方药物不同比例配伍对该方抗流感病毒的影响。方法:以4因素2水平的正交试验形成16个配伍组合,另设正常对照(A)组、模型对照(B)组、奥司他韦(C)组和麻杏石甘汤不同比例配伍组及全方组。给予相应处理后,进行指标检测。结果:与A组比较,B组小鼠体质量显著下降,肺指数显著增加(P<0.01)。与B组比较,除M2G2X1SH2以外的15个配伍组合组的体质量显著增加,除M1G2X1SH1、M1G1X2SH2、M1G1X1SH1、M2G2X2SH1以外的12个配伍组合组的肺指数显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中,M2G1X2SH2、M2G1X1SH2、M2G1X1SH1、M1G2X2SH2、M1G2X2SH1和M1G1X2SH2组的小鼠死亡率为0%,M2G1X1SH2和M2G1X1SH1组的肺病理损伤的改善明显优于其它配伍组。结论:不同比例配伍组方药物对麻杏石甘汤流感病毒效应有影响,这种影响应该与药物组成比例不同所导致的药效成分含量不同有关。
Objective: To investigate the Maxing Shigan Decoction of different proportions of the side effects of the anti-influenza virus. METHODS: Sixteen combinations were established by orthogonal test with 4 factors and 2 levels. The normal control group (A), model control group (B), oseltamivir (C) group and Maxingshigan Decoction Group and the whole group. Give the appropriate treatment, the index test. Results: Compared with group A, the body weight of group B decreased significantly and the index of lung increased significantly (P <0.01). Compared with group B, the body mass of 15 combination groups except M2G2X1SH2 increased significantly (P <0.01, P <0.05), while the lung index of 12 combination groups except M1G2X1SH1, M1G1X2SH2, M1G1X1SH1 and M2G2X2SH1 decreased significantly The mice in the M2G1X2SH2, M2G1X1SH2, M2G1X1SH1, M1G2X2SH2, M1G2X2SH1 and M1G1X2SH2 groups had a mortality of 0%. The lung pathological changes in the M2G1X1SH2 and M2G1X1SH1 groups were significantly better than those in other groups. Conclusion: Different proportions of prescription drugs have an effect on the effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction flu virus, and this effect should be related to the different content of the medicinal components caused by the different proportions of the drug components.
