汽车板簧导向座的主要功能是起限位作用,限制板簧的侧向移动,同时保证板簧和车架在同一平面内,与汽车板簧共同组成汽车悬架系统,提高汽车的舒适性和稳定性。通常板簧和导向座之间由于汽车承载变化而发生相对运动,致使板簧导向座磨损比较严重,尤其是在汽车转弯或在盘山公路行驶时,板簧的侧向移动较为频繁,由此导致板簧导向座侧壁的磨损较为严重,或者因路况差异板簧对导向座侧壁有一定的冲击,导致侧壁磨损严重甚至断裂。本文从汽车板簧导向座的失效形式出发,探究板簧导向座的失效原因,并提出相应的措施加以解决。
