为了解决大尺寸、异型件的制造问题,并改善其性能,进行了将热等静压工艺应用于钢结硬质合金生产中试验研究。经正交设计试验,HIP的工艺参数建议取为:压力8.3×10_7Pa,温度1140℃,保温4小时。经冷等静压、真空预烧、热等静压及后续锻造制造的产品与传统工艺制造者相比,其密度和硬度均有提高,抗弯强度提高18%。
In order to solve the manufacturing problems of large size and special-shaped parts and improve their performance, the hot isostatic pressing process was applied to the experimental research of the production of steel-bonded cemented carbide. Orthogonal design test, HIP process parameters recommended taken as: pressure 8.3 × 10_7Pa, temperature 1140 ℃, heat 4 hours. The cold isostatic pressing, vacuum calcination, hot isostatic pressing and subsequent forging manufacturing products compared with the traditional process manufacturers, the density and hardness have increased, bending strength increased by 18%.
