设计了一种可以检定多种口径热量表的多功能自动检定系统。该系统由热水流量检测系统、温差检测系统、数据检测系统和自动控制系统等部分组成。在检定中,热水流量检测系统给试验管路供以循环水,温差检测系统模拟实际的入口和出口温度,数据检测系统和自动控制系统在检定过程中采集相关流量,温度等信号,依据相关热力学公式计算出标准热量值,与被检表的热量示值进行比较计算,从而实现对被检表的检定。实验表明该装置能很好地完成热量表的自动和手动检定。检定系统达到了设计要求,实现了实时监测,保存检定记录,打印报表等功能,具有自动化程度高、检定管径多、灵活性强等特点。
