“企业生存有一定的环境文化,当环境、温度、空间、湿度改变时,企业应该有相应改变的能力,否则将面临企业危机。企业的 DNA 指的是企业文化的改变及学习风气的改变,使企业内部人员具有相应的生存能力。”2002年8月3日,在广州举行的首届中国企业管理培训论坛上,研究心理学出身的美国BRAIN TRACE 管理学院训练师,智慧光国际培训机构首席导师林正光先生针对“什么是企业DNA?”,“企业 DNA 中的人才等问题”发表了“如何改变企业 DNA”的主题演讲。
