从2009年11月开始,丰田公司因“刹车系统”、“油门踏板”以及“驾驶座脚垫”等部件的缺陷问题,在全球范围内召回约850万辆汽车,这个数字甚至超过了丰田汽车当年在全球的产销总量。作为全球知名品牌之一的丰田公司,旗下的产品会出现如此惊人的质量和安全问题,这使得企业社会责任问题再次成为众人关注的焦点。本文主要以丰田汽车召回门事件作为案例进行分析,同时对比国内的自主品牌,继而提出对当前我国企业应承担的社会责任问题的关注和思考。
Beginning in November 2009, Toyota recalled about 8.5 million vehicles worldwide due to defects in components such as Brake System, Accelerator Pedal, and Driver’s Seat Feet The figure even surpassed Toyota’s global production and sales volume that year. As one of the world’s most famous brands Toyota, its products will be such a surprising quality and safety issues, which makes the issue of corporate social responsibility once again become the focus of attention. This article mainly analyzes the Toyota Motor Recall door incident as a case study, at the same time compares the domestic independent brands, and then puts forward the concern and reflection on the current social responsibility issues that Chinese enterprises should shoulder.
