[目的]探讨高尿酸血症(HUA)相关因素及其与代谢综合征(MS)的关系.[方法]选取2008年参加健康体格检查并资料完整的延吉市某社区居民886名,检测血尿酸(SUA)及相关生物化学指标,并同时测量体格指标,分析血尿酸与代谢指标间的关系及高尿酸血症的危险因素.[结果]男性与女性HUA患病率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),SUA水平与MS各危险因素均呈显著相关,其中与腰围、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、空腹血糖呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关;与正常SUA组比较,HUA组的上述各代谢指标明显升高(P<0.05),而HDL-C水平明显降低,同时除低HDL-C血症外,其他代谢紊乱的检出率均升高(P<0.05);随着代谢异常数目的增加,HUA患病率呈升高趋势(P<0.01);Logistic逐步回归分析结果表明,腰围、超重、高血压、高血糖、血脂紊乱是影响SUA水平的主要因素.[结论]SUA水平与多种代谢指标有相关性,提示HUA可能是MS的组分之一.在对多种代谢异常的预防与治疗中应注意SUA代谢异常所带来的不利影响.
[Objective] To explore the related factors of hyperuricemia (HUA) and its relationship with metabolic syndrome (MS). [Methods] A total of 886 inhabitants of a community in Yanji, who participated in the physical examination in 2008, (SUA) and related biochemical indexes were measured at the same time, the physical indexes were measured at the same time, the relationship between serum uric acid and metabolic index and the risk factors of hyperuricemia were analyzed. [Results] The prevalence of HUA between male and female was statistically significant (P <0.001). There was a significant correlation between SUA level and risk factors of MS, including waist circumference, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) (P <0.05), while the levels of HDL-C in HUA group were significantly lower than those in normal SUA group. In addition to the low HDL-C, other metabolic disorders were detected (P <0.05). The prevalence of HUA increased with the increase of the number of metabolic abnormalities (P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that waist circumference, overweight, hypertension, hyperglycemia, Disorder is the main factor affecting the level of SUA. [Conclusion] SUA level and multiple generations Index correlated, suggesting HUA may be one of the components of MS should be noted SUA metabolic abnormalities adverse effects in the prevention and treatment of a variety of abnormal metabolism.
