目的观察蜂蜜对吸烟小鼠肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法昆明种小鼠,随机分为3组,即正常对照组,吸烟模型组,蒲公英蜂蜜组。正常对照组小鼠不吸烟,其余两组连续吸烟7周,1d2次,30min/次。蒲公英蜂蜜组给予蒲公英蜂蜜每d2次,同时正常组每天用蒸馏水作对照。7周后处死动物,右肺组织做成匀浆,检测肺组织匀浆中SOD含量。结果吸烟组小鼠肺部SOD活性明显降低,蒲公英蜂蜜组小鼠肺部的SOD活性增加。结论蒲公英蜂蜜对小鼠吸烟造成肺组织病理损害有保护作用,其作用机制可能和蒲公英蜂蜜在肺部发挥的抗氧化作用等有关。
Objective To observe the effect of honey on the superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the lungs of smoking mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, smoking model group and dandelion honey group. The normal control group mice did not smoke, and the remaining two groups of continuous smoking for 7 weeks, 1d2 times, 30min / times. The dandelion honey group gave dandelion honey every d2 times while the normal group used distilled water as a control. After 7 weeks, the animals were sacrificed and the right lung tissue was homogenized to detect the content of SOD in lung homogenate. Results SOD activity in the lungs of smoking group was significantly lower than that in the lungs of mice in the dandelion group. Conclusion Dandelion honey has a protective effect on pathological damage of lung tissue caused by smoking in mice, and its mechanism may be related to the antioxidant effect of dandelion honey on the lungs.
