一、设计思想和实验结果程序温度控制器是各种热分析仪器中的一个重要组成部分,热敏元件又是程序温度控制器中必不可少的一个部件。常用的热敏元件是热电偶。由于热电偶的温度与其相应的热电势都在不同程度上呈现着非线性关系。若不采用线性化电路,则将会影响程序温度控制的精度。提高其精度的重要方法之一,就是对热电偶采取线性化措施。本文以铂-铂铑热电偶(LB-3)为例,着重说明精密二极管分段折线法线性化器的设计思想、电子线路和实验结果。
