目的观察GDM患者的炎性细胞因子水平。方法比较GDM和健康妊娠妇女的血清炎性细胞因子。结果 GDM患者Hs-CRP、IL-6和TNF-α均显著高于健康者,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论炎性细胞因子参与了GDM的发生和发展进程。
