一、前言我厂在研制某产品中,为解决散热问题,设计上采用了结构紧凑,换热效率高的板翅式换热器新技术。但这种板翅式换热器要达到预想效果必须设计一种重量轻、强度高、形状结构特殊的薄壳密封机箱。因此考虑采用铝合金薄板解体拼装组合焊接,是经济合理的设计方案。但在材料选用、焊缝设计、工艺性方面还存在着一定问题,因此给工艺上造成了较大的困难。我厂于76年11月—77年5月分二批共投八套试制,均因漏气未能交付使用。曾采用了环氧树脂灌封,橡胶填充等办法补救,均未奏效。后来,在工人师傅密切配合下,作了大量分析试验,找到了原因与解决措施。于78年10月已经例试合格,目前已定型投
