针对目前植筋技术中胶粘剂软化点过低的问题,开发了可耐600℃高温的植筋用碱矿渣胶凝材料。完成了用碱矿渣胶凝材料作胶粘剂的108个植筋试件的锚固性能试验,结果表明植筋试件破坏模式主要为锥体粘结破坏和钢筋被拉断2种破坏模式,说明用碱矿渣胶凝材料植筋的性能良好。分析了混凝土强度,钢筋直径和锚固长度对粘结锚固性能的影响,并给出了锚固长度的取值建议。
In view of the problem that the softening point of the adhesive in the planting bar technology is too low at present, an alkaline slag cementitious material which is resistant to a temperature of 600 DEG C has been developed. The anchorage performance test of 108 anchorage specimens with alkali slag cementitious material was completed. The results show that the failure modes of anchorage tendons mainly include two kinds of failure modes, Slag cementing materials planting bar performance is good. The influence of concrete strength, steel bar diameter and anchorage length on the bonding and anchoring properties was analyzed. The recommended value of anchorage length was given.
