目的对产自我国广西的萝藦科武靴藤属植物武靴藤Gymnema sylvestre叶进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、低压柱色谱和反相中压柱色谱等方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,依据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到6个化合物,其中4个化合物为从原植物中分离得到,另外2个化合物为水解产物。经波谱解析和理化常数测定均为首次从武靴藤叶中分离得到,分别为3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-齐墩果酸酯[3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester,1]、齐墩果酸型3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-吡喃葡萄糖苷[oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside,2]、长刺皂苷元-3-O-β-D-葡糖醛酸吡喃糖苷(longispinogenin 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside,3)、21-苯甲酰基-长刺皂苷元-3-O-β-D-葡糖醛酸吡喃糖苷(21-β-benzoyl-longispinogenin3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside,4)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,5)和长刺皂苷元(longispinogenin,6)。结论化合物均为首次从武靴藤中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Gymnema sylvestre leaves from the genus Triticeae of Guangxi, China. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, low pressure column chromatography and reversed phase medium pressure column chromatography were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated, of which four were isolated from the original plant and the other two were hydrolyzate. The results of spectral analysis and physicochemical determination were obtained from the leaves of Kobatsu for the first time, and they were 3-O-β-D-glucopyranose (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranosyl-28- β-D-glucopyranosyl-oleanolic acid [3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28- Oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (1 → 6) -Glucopyranoside (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside, 2], longispinogenin 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside, 3) 21-β-benzoyl-longispinogenin3-O- β-D-glucuronopyranoside, 4), oleanolic acid (5) and longispinogenin (6). Conclusion The compounds were isolated from Kwu Teng vine for the first time.
