Exercise can not only improve health and enhance the body’s ability to resist disease, but also regulate and promote the mental health of people in a good direction [1]. In order to investigate the relationship between Uyghur college students’ mental health and physical exercise, the author investigated the mental health status of Uighur college students by using Self-rating Symptom Scale (SCL-90).
