针对±800 kV超高压换流站设备热图像的实时监测问题进行了研究。采用移动式监测终端的设计和无线Mesh组网技术,有效地实现了对站内设备进行热状态监测。系统具有红外图像和可见光图像的采集、传输、存储、告警、生成温度曲线和异常状态报告的功能。研究了设备温升的计算,区域异常告警划分和设备发热机理对照分析等关键技术,构建了典型故障信息库作为故障图样。结果表明:系统适合于较大范围对设备进行热状态进行监测,采集图像信息,功能实用。换流站的热图像图谱可用于研究设备发热机理,有效预警设备故障的发生。
Aiming at the problem of real-time monitoring of thermal image of ± 800 kV UHV converter station equipment, The mobile monitoring terminal design and wireless Mesh networking technology, the effective realization of the station equipment thermal status monitoring. The system has the functions of infrared image and visible light image acquisition, transmission, storage, alarm, temperature curve generation and abnormal status report. The key technologies such as calculation of equipment temperature rise, division of regional abnormality alarm and contrast analysis of equipment heating mechanism are studied, and a typical fault information database is constructed as a fault pattern. The results show that the system is suitable for monitoring the thermal status of the equipment in a wide range and collecting image information, which has practical functions. The thermal image map of the converter station can be used to study the heating mechanism of the device and effectively warn the occurrence of equipment failure.
