1 前言自动切换钠离子交换器是通过2个或4个交换柱交替工作,由旋转阀控制协调各柱工作,实现产水与辅助作业分别在不同柱内同时进行的自动化程度较高的锅炉水处理设备。它具有连续产水、水质稳定、机械化程度高等显著优点,越来越广泛地应用于工业锅炉的给水处理系统中。我厂自1989年开始,陆续购进4台ZDF—12型、2台LZFN—20型自动切换钠离子交换器。多年的运行中,我们发现该型设备在盐液的制备过程中存
