采用双螺杆挤出机,用玻纤对HDPE进行改性,考察了玻纤对材料结晶性能和流变性能的影响。采用DSC研究了玻纤增强HDPE(HDPE/GF)的非等温结晶行为,用Jeziorny法和Ozawa法对实验数据进行处理,分析了玻纤对HDPE非等温结晶行为的影响。结果表明玻纤增强HDPE的非等温结晶成核机理为异相成核、一维生长。动态力学研究结果表明,玻纤的引入大大提高了HDPE的储能模量,复合黏随剪切速率的提高而降低。
Using a twin-screw extruder, the HDPE was modified with glass fiber, and the influence of glass fiber on the crystallization and rheological properties of the material was investigated. The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of glass fiber reinforced HDPE (HDPE / GF) was studied by DSC. The experimental data were processed by Jeziorny method and Ozawa method. The influence of glass fiber on the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of HDPE was analyzed. The results show that the non-isothermal crystallization nucleation mechanism of glass fiber reinforced HDPE is heterogeneous nucleation and one-dimensional growth. The results of dynamic mechanics show that the introduction of glass fiber greatly improves the storage modulus of HDPE, and the compound viscosity decreases with the increase of shear rate.
