为了丰富复粒高粱种质资源,研究复粒基因的遗传规律,探讨复粒高粱在育种中的利用价值,采用自育复粒高粱不育系3份与综合性状优良的单粒高粱恢复系4份分别进行杂交,调查统计F_1、F_2复粒性状,进行复粒遗传规律分析并观察复粒高粱小穗结构。结果表明,复粒性状为显性,由1对基因控制。观察到复粒高粱小穗雌蕊、雄蕊数多,存在多浆片、多护颖、多子粒的现象;从复粒高粱的育种目标看,72B·DORADOA_2具有较高的复粒率,千粒重适中,可能是优良的复粒高粱亲本系。
