以一线职业教练员为研究对象,通过开放式调查和因素分析等方法对职业教练员工作—家庭冲突应对策略测评结构进行了研究,结果表明:评价职业教练员工作—家庭冲突应对策略结构主要包括3个二阶因子和8个一阶因子。其中3个二阶因子分别是被动性应对策略、维持性应对策略和主动性应对策略;8个一阶因子分别是幻想、宣泄、退缩、自我调节、自我克制、代偿、主动求助和问题解决,并且各因子之间具有较高的相关性。通过信度、效度检测,职业教练员工作—家庭冲突应对策略测评量表具有较好的信度与效度,是一个较为理想的测评工具,同时还需要在今后的实践中不断检验和完善。
Taking the first-tier professional coaches as the research object, this paper studied the job-family conflict coping strategy evaluation structure of the vocational coaches through open investigation and factor analysis.
