目的了解江苏省幼儿社会性和情绪发展现状及主要影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取南京、镇江、南通、盐城、宿迁共3 083名12~36个月龄幼儿为研究对象,应用标化的中国幼儿社会情绪发展量表及自拟的社会人口学问卷进行调查。结果 3 083名幼儿中,其外显、内隐、失调及能力4个域的阳性人数分别为346名、187名、296名及344名,阳性率分别为11.2%、6.1%、9.6%及11.2%。男童和女童在外显行为域、内隐行为域、能力域得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),失调域男童得分高于女童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外显行为域和能力域在不同年龄之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论幼儿社会性和情绪问题的发生率较高,应重视早期评估、早期干预。
Objective To understand the current situation and main influencing factors of children’s social and emotional development in Jiangsu Province. Methods A total of 3 083 children aged 12-36 months from Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Nantong, Yancheng and Suqian were selected as the study subjects by cluster random sampling method. The standardized Chinese children’s social emotional development scale and self-made social Demographic questionnaire survey. Results Among the 3 083 young children, the positive numbers of out-of-out, implicit, dysregulation and abilities were 346, 187, 296 and 344, respectively. The positive rates were 11.2%, 6.1% and 9.6% 11.2%. Boys and girls had no significant difference in explicit behavior domain and implicit behavior domain (P> 0.05), boys in disorder domain had higher scores than girls (P <0.05). The explicit behavior domain and ability domain had significant difference between different ages (P <0.01). Conclusion The incidence of social and emotional problems in young children is high. Early assessment and early intervention should be emphasized.
