急性胰腺炎(AP)是临床上常见的急腹症,以急性上腹痛、腹胀,伴恶心、呕吐、发热及血、尿淀粉酶增高为特点。根据胰腺的病理改变不同分为水肿型及出血坏死型,临床以水肿型居多,占80％-90％。笔者自2001年2月起,采用中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎(AEP)21例,疗效显著。现报告如下。
