目的分析单孔钻颅冲洗引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的手术经验及疗效。方法回顾性分析福建省福鼎市医院神经外科2006-07-2009-12共32例慢性硬膜下血肿采用单孔钻孔冲洗引流术治疗患者的临床资料。结果所有病例均临床治愈,随访0.5～2 a均无复发。结论采用单孔钻孔冲洗引流术的手术方法治疗慢性硬膜下血肿疗效确切,操作安全、简便、并发症少。
Objective To analyze the surgical experience and curative effect of single hole drilling and flushing for chronic subdural hematoma. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with chronic subdural hematoma treated by single hole drilling drainage and drainage were retrospectively analyzed in Department of Neurosurgery, Fuding Hospital of Fujian Province. Results All cases were clinically cured, no follow-up 0.5 ~ 2 a recurrence. Conclusion The operation of single hole drilling flush drainage for the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma is effective, safe, simple and less complications.
