目的:观察生泰王饮剂对小鼠应激能力和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:取小鼠随机分为生泰王饮剂高、低剂量组和对照组,生泰王高、低剂量组分别ig生泰王饮剂5,2.5 g·kg-1·d-1;对照组ig等剂量的生理盐水,连续给药7 d后行常压耐缺氧实验、小鼠游泳耐疲劳实验、耐寒冷;实验分为4组,生泰王高、低剂量组、对照运动组和对照非运动组,连续给药21 d测定血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响并比较生泰王饮剂组与对照组差异。结果:对照运动组血清MDA水平显著性升高,SOD活性显著下降,与对照非运动组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。生泰王饮剂不同剂量组均可显著性提高血清SOD活力,降低MDA水平,与对照运动组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,提高耐疲劳能力,生泰王不同剂量组分别比对照组提高45.18%和37.80%;延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间,提高抗耐缺氧能力;提高小鼠在低温环境下的耐寒冷能力,降低死亡率;与对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:生泰王饮剂可以提高小鼠的应激能力,具有良好的体内抗氧化作用,可以延缓衰老。
