霉变甘蔗中毒来势凶险,抢救困难,后遗症严重。现将我们成功抢救1例报道如下。患儿,女,3岁。因食霉变甘蔗长50cm2小时后恶心、频繁呕吐入院,但无腹泻。体检:神清,两侧瞳孔缩小至2—3mm,脉搏尚有力。心肺听诊无异常,肝脾肋下未及,脑膜刺激征阴性。入院后即给予1:1液及庆大霉素静滴,654-2 5mg静推,瞳孔大至5mm。6小时后出现阵发性抽搐,尖叫、咬牙,瞳孔或大或小,两侧等圆,对光反射迟钝且不持久。后又呕吐二次为胆汁。继之脉搏细弱,呼吸浅表,尿失禁,浅昏迷。立即给予吸O_2,大剂量止痉药物,甘露醇125ml每三小时一次,地塞米松5～10mg每6小时一次及654-2 5mg每小时一次静推,并给
