人之所以为人,究其根本就是有活跃的思维活动和掌控自己言谈举止的能力,这为我们如何更好地实施安全管理工作提供了一些启示。要安全就要从掌握员工的思想、转变他们的观念入手,开展安全宣传教育工作,构筑牢固的安全心理防线。欲达到这个目标,首先是领导要拉近与员工的距离,潜入他们的内心深处,从而发掘出借亲情这一载体浇铸起员工安全生产观念的途径和方法,促成员工思想由“要我安全生产”到“我要安全生产”的根本性转变,建立矿井长治久安的长效机制。
