1986年1月本市某校发生伤寒暴发流行。全校学生814人,发病23人,患病率为2.83%。检出带菌者1人。从调查分析,本次暴发是由于对早期轻型病人和带菌者未及时发现、确诊和隔离;食堂饮食卫生管理不善,病原携带者污染食物并与健康人接触造成流行。23例病人均发生在25天以内,78.5%的病人发病于10~14天平均潜伏期内,有的病人之间有明显接触史。根据这些情况,确定本次流行为一起食物型和日常生活接触型暴发流行。经采取隔离、收治传染源,加强饮食卫生管理,大搞环境卫生和开展卫生宣传以及发病班全部学生粪检等综合措施,一周后发病终止。
