我们结合医院的实际,对坚持以病人为中心,全面提高医疗服务质量进行了初步的探讨。认为:必须深刻理解以病人为中心的内涵,牢固树立以病人为中心的观念,不断强化全面医疗服务质量意识;确立正确的医患关系;切实加强医疗质量的科学管理,完善监督约束机制,实行精神激励与物质激励相结合;充分调动病人和医院工作人员的积极性;注重管理实效,就能适时控制医疗质量,不断提高医疗服务水平。
In light of the actual conditions of the hospital, we have conducted a preliminary discussion on adhering to a patient-centered approach and comprehensively improving the quality of medical services. We believe that we must profoundly understand the patient-centered connotation, firmly establish the patient-centered concept, continuously strengthen the overall medical service quality awareness, establish the correct doctor-patient relationship, strengthen the scientific management of medical quality, and improve the supervision and restriction mechanism. The combination of spiritual incentives and material incentives; fully mobilize the enthusiasm of patients and hospital staff; focus on management effectiveness, timely control of medical quality, and continuously improve the level of medical services.
