1967年齐厂试生产了两辆09MnCuPTi和08MnPXt两种耐候钢棚车。本文介绍了这两种钢材的化学成分,抗拉、冷弯试验情况,在各种温度下的冲击值,以及这两辆车的装车试验情况,并与该厂1965—1969年生产的普通碳素钢造P_(60)型棚车的腐蚀情况相比较。经过近20年的运用考验和两次厂修检查,证明这两种钢材的耐腐蚀性能优于普碳钢,说明耐候钢车辆的检修周期可以延长。
1967 Qi factory trial production of two 09MnCuPTi and 08MnPXt two weathering steel box. This article describes the chemical composition of these two types of steel, tensile, cold-bend test conditions, the value of impact at various temperatures, as well as the two cars loading test conditions, and the plant 1965-1969 production of ordinary Carbon steel P_ (60) box car corrosion compared. After nearly 20 years of operation and two factory inspection, the corrosion resistance of these two steels is proved to be superior to that of plain carbon steel, which indicates that the weathering period of the vehicles can be extended.
