目的探讨顺尔宁对学龄前哮喘患儿血清一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法对44例首次符合哮喘诊断标准的学龄前患儿给予顺尔宁治疗4周(每日1次,每次4mg)。分别在治疗前、开始治疗后1周、治疗结束后进行随访,测定血清NO含量,并与健康对照组比较。结果哮喘患儿治疗前血清NO含量明显高于对照组。顺尔宁治疗1周后,哮喘患儿血清NO含量与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义,治疗4周后,血清NO含量明显下降。结论顺尔宁治疗学龄前儿童哮喘可以降低血清NO含量,改善气道炎症。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shundening on serum nitric oxide (NO) in preschool children with asthma. Methods Forty-four preschool children who met the diagnostic criteria of asthma were given cisplatin for 4 weeks (once daily, 4 mg each time). The patients were followed up for 1 week before treatment and 1 week after treatment, respectively. Serum NO levels were measured and compared with healthy controls. Results Before treatment, the serum NO level in asthmatic children was significantly higher than that in the control group. After 1 week of treatment with sirolimus, the serum NO level in children with asthma was not significantly different from that before treatment, and after 4 weeks of treatment, serum NO level was significantly decreased. Conclusion Treatment of asthma with presby-sylosin in children can reduce serum NO content and improve airway inflammation.
