微课作为现代教育技术与现代教育思想相互促进的产物,以其短小精悍、可利用碎片化时间学习的特点成为教育领域关注的焦点。然而,微课设计中对学习者心理活动的探究仍显不足,影响了课程的设计质量。文章在分析微课存在问题的基础上,以认知负荷理论为指导,提出了基于认知负荷的微课教学模式,并以初中地理课程为例开展教学设计,以期为微课更好地促进教与学提供借鉴。
As a product of the mutual promotion of modern educational technology and modern educational thought, micro-class has become the focus of attention in the field of education due to its short and pithy features of using fragmented time learning. However, the research on the psychology of learners in the micro-class design is still not enough, which affects the quality of the design of the class. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in micro-class and the guidance of cognitive-load theory, the paper puts forward the micro-class teaching model based on cognitive load. Taking the junior middle school geography curriculum as an example, it conducts teaching design to promote the micro-class Teaching and learning to provide reference.
