目的:探讨计算机三维重建技术在泪囊解剖研究中的应用。方法:采用螺旋CT扫描重建技术,在西门子VolumeNavigator工作站上对泪囊及周边相关结构进行三维重建。结果:计算机三维重建图像可显示泪囊及鼻泪管系统的三维解剖关系。重建结构能够以单独或联合方式显示,并可绕任意轴进行旋转,任意经线及角度均可适时测量。结论:计算机三维重建技术对泪囊的解剖研究具有重要应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the application of three-dimensional computer reconstruction technique in lacrimal sac dissection. Methods: Three-dimensional reconstruction of the lacrimal sac and surrounding structures was performed on the Siemens VolumeNavigator workstation using a spiral CT scan reconstruction technique. Results: Three-dimensional reconstruction images of the computer can show the three-dimensional anatomy of lacrimal sac and nasolacrimal duct system. Reconstructed structures can be displayed individually or in combination and can be rotated about any axis, with any warp and angle measurement available. Conclusion: Three-dimensional computer reconstruction of the anatomy of the lacrimal sac has important application value.
