杨树木屑作为灵芝代料栽培的优先选择原料在扬州地区被广泛采用。构树同属阔叶乔木,检测结果表明,在营养成分方面与杨树木屑无太大差别,代料栽培对比试验进一步验证了构树木屑代料栽培灵芝的可行性。试验结果表明构树木屑代料栽培灵芝,菌丝发育稍迟缓,但菌丝健壮,各生长阶段同比杨木屑栽培延时1周左右;子实体外观规则整齐,色泽鲜亮,菌盖厚实,产量和灵芝多糖含量分别比杨木屑代料栽培高出18.12%、9.82%。
Poplar wood chips as the preferred material for planting Ganoderma lucidum raw materials in Yangzhou area is widely used.
