评价是教师对学生言谈、举止、学习等方面所做的客观性判断。评价作为师生交流的有效方式,贯穿于课堂教学的始终,评价手段运用得当,可以使学生保持较高的学习热情,使学生走向优秀。因此教师在评价学生时要尽可能地多一些赏识与鼓励,才能调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,使学生有被认可的满足感与成就感。只要我们努力去发现,正确地给予学生评价,让学生感受到成功的快乐,就会使他们充分发挥自己的主观能动性,从而创造出更加和谐的师生关系。
Evaluation is the teacher’s objectivity judgment on students’ speech, demeanor, study and so on. Evaluation as an effective way for teachers and students to communicate throughout the classroom teaching, evaluation tools used properly, can enable students to maintain a high enthusiasm for learning, so that students toward excellence. Therefore, when teachers evaluate students as much as possible to appreciate and encourage students in order to mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, so that students have been recognized satisfaction and sense of accomplishment. As long as we work hard to find and correctly evaluate students and let them feel the joy of success, we will enable them to give full play to their subjective initiative so as to create a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
