目的研究苹果Malus pumila树枝的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱以及HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据其理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从苹果树枝乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位分离纯化得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为根皮素(1)、erlodictyol(2)、8-甲氧基山柰酚-7-O-鼠李糖苷(3)、槲皮素(4)、6-甲氧基槲皮素(5)、对原儿茶酸甲酯(6)、槲皮素-3-O-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(7)、根皮苷(8)、金鱼草素-6-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-D-木糖(10)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(11)。结论化合物2和9为首次从蔷薇科植物中分离得到,化合物11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of apple tree Malus pumila. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate fraction of apple tree branches ethanol extract. The compounds were identified as phloretin (1), erlodictyol (2), 8-methoxy-kaempferol-7-O-rhamnoside 3), quercetin (4), 6-methoxy quercetin (5), protocatechuate methyl ester (6), quercetin-3-O-arabinopyranoside (7) Glycosides (8), feturacid-6-O-D-glucoside (9), quercetin-3-OD-xylose (10), ethyl 3,4- dihydroxybenzoate . Conclusion Compounds 2 and 9 were isolated from Rosaceae for the first time. Compound 11 was isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 3 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
