我国是一个人口流动大国,随着流动人口的日益增多,异地就医的风险也相应增加。异地就医与医疗费用结算方面出现了较大的矛盾,为了满足广大异地就诊人员的就医需求,提高异地结算效率成为了关键。本文主要探讨影响社会医疗保险异地结算效率的主要因素,分析其原因并提出相应对策,以促进异地结算制度进一步完善,提高社会医疗制度保障水平。
China is a large country with a large population. With the increasing number of floating population, the risk of medical treatment in different places also increases correspondingly. There has been a big contradiction in the settlement of medical expenses and medical expenses in different places. In order to meet the medical needs of vast numbers of expatriates and to improve the efficiency of clearing off-site, it has become the key issue. This article mainly discusses the main factors affecting the efficiency of social medical insurance off-site settlement, analyzes its causes and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote further improvement of off-site settlement system and improve the level of social health care system.
