陕西省韩城第二发电厂2×600 MW机组安装了2×6台日本石川岛播IH I中速磨煤机。运行阶段发现大量的石子煤及煤粉颗粒从磨煤机传动盘密封环处泄漏,带来不安全因素,且污染环境,威胁机组运行人员身体健康。针对该情况,最首要的是先尽快解决密封问题。在对传动盘处密封结构的形式、工作原理进行分析研究后,提出了改造方案并予以实施。对磨煤机传动盘处密封结构改造和完善后,解决了石子煤及煤粉泄漏问题。
2 × 600 MW units installed in Hancheng No. 2 Power Plant in Shaanxi Province installed 2 × 6 sets of IH I Medium Speed Pulverizers in Ishikawa Island, Japan. During operation, it was found that a large amount of pebbles and pulverized coal particles leaked from the sealing ring of the drive disk of the coal mill, posing insecurity and contaminating the environment, threatening the health of the flight crew. In response to this situation, the most important thing is to solve the sealing problem as soon as possible. After analyzing the form and working principle of the seal structure at the transmission plate, the transformation scheme is put forward and implemented. After reforming and perfecting the sealing structure of the drive disk of the coal mill, the problems of stone coal and pulverized coal leakage are solved.
