目的:在部队官兵中探索适合、简便、易行,能强心身的科学训练方法。方法:应用“举手疗法”对岸舰部队军人38人进行6个月训练。训练前后进行情绪状态和自我效能感评估。结果:干预前后比较SCL-90躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性及总均分均有显著变化(t=3.66,3.88,4.27,3.42,3.81,4.64,3.46;P<0.001),敌对、恐怖及饮食睡眠明显变化(t=2.56,3.33,3.09;P<0.01),总均分变化显著(t=4.02,P<0.001)。CSES自我效能感提高(t=5.11,P=0.0000)。结论:举手疗法对情绪发挥调节作用,能够改善人际关系敏感的同时增加幸福感、提高自信心。经络气血畅通,得到身心健康的双重效果,可作为调节心身健康推荐方法之一。
Objective: To explore suitable, simple, easy and capable scientific training methods among officers and soldiers in the armed forces. Methods: The use of “hand therapy ” on the shore force 38 soldiers for 6 months training. Assessment of emotional status and self-efficacy before and after training. Results: The changes of somatization, coercion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, paranoid psychosis and total score of SCL-90 before and after intervention showed significant changes (t = 3.66,3.88,4.27,3.42,3.81,4.64,3.46; P (T = 2.56, 3.33, 3.09; P <0.01). The total mean score changed significantly (t = 4.02, P <0.001). CSES improved self-efficacy (t = 5.11, P = 0.0000). CONCLUSIONS: Hands-on therapy regulates mood and improves interpersonal sensitivity while increasing happiness and increasing self-confidence. Meridian qi and blood flow, get the dual effect of physical and mental health, can be used as one of the recommended ways to regulate mental and physical health.
