介绍了2.0μm波段掺铥连续单频光纤激光器的实验研究进展,以实现单频光纤激光器的关键技术为主线,总结了不同腔结构掺铥单频光纤激光振荡器的研究现状与发展方向。基于种子源主振荡功率放大(MOPA)结构进行了单频激光器功率放大,介绍了高功率掺铥单频光纤MOPA激光器的国内外研究进展。此外,介绍了本课题组在高掺杂铥锗酸盐玻璃光纤制作,2.0μm波段单频光纤激光振荡器构建,以及单频激光功率放大方面的部分研究工作。
In this paper, we introduce the experimental research progress of the 2.0μm wavelength band doped continuous single-frequency fiber laser. The key technologies of the single-frequency fiber laser are summarized. The research status and development direction of the single-frequency fiber laser oscillator with different cavity structure are summarized. Single-frequency laser power amplification based on seed-source primary oscillating power amplifier (MOPA) structure was introduced. The research progress of high power doped single-frequency fiber MOPA laser was introduced. In addition, the research work on high-doped germanium glass fiber, the construction of 2.0μm single-frequency fiber laser oscillator, and the single-frequency laser power amplification are introduced.
