目的分析评价河南省流行性感冒(流感)监测哨点医院监测质量,找出存在的问题和原因,从而采取针对性措施提高监测水平。方法根据通过听取汇报、现场查看及核实材料等方式开展的流感专项督导检查所取得的现场资料、中国流感监测信息报告管理系统中的日常监测数据及《全国流感监测方案(2010年版)》的要求,使用Excel 2007软件进行统计,利用描述流行病学分析方法,分析评价河南省流感监测哨点医院主要监测指标的完成情况及存在的问题。结果河南省哨点医院诸项主要监测指标均未能全部完成:流感样病例报告及时率为91.35%,流行季节周采样数量总达标率为73.95%,非流行季节月采样数量总达标率为98.48%,1周内和48h样本送检率分别为98.43%和78.25%,7.41%的样本不符合采样标准;流感样病例报告还存在个别哨点医院监测诊室覆盖不全和报告数据可疑的问题,其中2个哨点医院问题比较集中。结论经常沟通协调、定期培训和督导是做好监测工作的基础;加强项目管理,合理使用工作经费利于调动工作积极性;明确职责,合理安排长假期间的监测工作有助于保证监测质量的稳定性。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the monitoring quality of influenza sentinel hospitals in Henan Province and find out the existing problems and causes so as to take targeted measures to improve the monitoring level. Methods According to the on-site information obtained through special surveillance and inspection of influenza by listening to reports, checking and verifying materials on site, the daily monitoring data in China’s influenza surveillance information report management system and the requirements of the “National Influenza Surveillance Program (2010 version)” , The use of Excel 2007 software statistics, the use of descriptive epidemiological analysis method to analyze and evaluate the completion of the main indicators of influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals in Henan Province and the existing problems. Results The main monitoring indicators of sentinel hospital in Henan Province failed to be fully completed. The timely reporting rate of influenza-like cases was 91.35%, the total compliance rate of sampling for epidemic season was 73.95%, and the total compliance rate of monthly sampling for non-epidemic season was 98.48 %, The sampling rates in 1 week and 48 hours were 98.43% and 78.25% respectively, and 7.41% of the samples did not meet the sampling standard. There were also some problems in influenza-like cases, such as incomplete coverage and reporting suspicious data in some sentinel hospitals 2 sentinel hospitals are more concentrated. Conclusion Regular communication and coordination, regular training and supervision are the basis for monitoring work. Strengthening project management and making reasonable use of working funds are conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm for work. Having a clear responsibility and properly arranging the monitoring work during the long holidays will help ensure the stability of monitoring quality.
