Cervical cancer is the most common genital malignancy that causes female death. As the only one preventable malignancy, cervical cancer can be detected and interfered with the progress and evolution of precancerous lesions in time, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer three ladder screening has been widely used in the country, but has its shortcomings. The study found that human telomerase RNA gene (3q26.3) abnormal amplification plays an important role in the development of cervical cancer, h TERC gene may be used as a new screening and diagnosis of cervical lesions.
