通过测定50名正常早产儿血浆儿茶酚胺(CA)浓度、常用临床指标(毛细血管充盈时间(CRD、肛温、腑温)并与既往足月儿的研究结果比较,发现早产儿交感神经系统已经发育但尚不成熟,早产儿不同个体间交感神经系统活性变异较大。CA浓度与临床指标的相关分析结果进一步显示,早产儿交感神经系统特别是周围交感神经系统发育尚不成熟。强调在早产儿护理中温度管理的重要性。
