以木质工字梁的研究为基础,结合我国目前基本国情,提出了一种以Glu Bam胶合竹板为基材、通过环氧树脂胶进行连接的Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁。采用两端简支,在试件净跨三分点处的两点加载方式对14根Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁进行了抗弯性能试验研究,同时分析探讨了Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁的破坏形态、破坏原因以及极限承载力。试验结果表明:Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁跨中截面的应变沿梁高方向基本符合平截面假定,具有优良的整体工作性能。Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁的强度一般由腹板的性能控制,破坏时翼缘竹材应变远未达到其极限应变强度。
Based on the study of wood I-beam and the current national conditions in our country, a Glu Bam-glued bamboo I-beam with Glu Bam veneered bamboo as base material and epoxy resin glue was put forward. The bending performance of 14 Glu Bam glued-on bamboo beams was tested by using two-end simple support at two points on the net span of three points of the specimen. At the same time, the damage morphology of Glu Bam glued-bamboo beam was analyzed , Causes of damage and ultimate bearing capacity. The experimental results show that the strain of Glu Bam I-beam cross-section of mid-section of beam is basically consistent with the assumption of flat section along the beam height direction, and has excellent overall performance. The strength of the Glu Bam I-Beam is generally controlled by the web’s performance, and the strain of the flange bamboo does not reach its ultimate strain at break.
