秦山第二核电厂安全壳结构在线监测系统改造及应用

利用基于激光测量技术的测微传感器实现安全壳水平变位监测系统改造,利用具有模拟信号输出功能的精密位移传感器替代安全壳垂直变位监测装置,再将安全壳变位、混凝土应变、灌油钢束预应力、混凝土温度等测量参数全部传输至系统监控主机,实现整个系统数据的自动采集、传输、存储和处理。改造后的安全壳结构在线监测系统优点突出,在秦山第二核电厂安全壳整体结构试验及日常安全壳结构性能监测中得到了较好的应用,可为其他同类型核电机组提供借鉴。 Using the micrometer sensor based on laser measurement technology to realize the transformation of the monitoring system of the horizontal displacement of the containment, the precision displacement sensor with analog signal output is used to replace the vertical displacement monitoring device of the containment. Then the displacement of the containment, the concrete strain, Steel beam prestressed, concrete temperature measurement parameters are all transmitted to the system monitoring host, to achieve the entire system of automatic data collection, transmission, storage and processing. The improved on-line monitoring system of containment structure has outstanding advantages. It has been well applied in the overall structural test of containment and daily performance monitoring of containment structure of Qinshan No.2 nuclear power plant, which can provide reference for other nuclear power units of the same type.
