用电子探针微分析方法研究了铬在含〈100〉对称倾斜晶界的铌双晶中的晶界扩散。测定了在1273℃下的扩散深度和扩散系数。除了在重合位置点阵(CSL)晶界处扩散速率出现极小值外,晶界扩散是随着双晶位向差的增大而增加的。
The grain boundary diffusion of chromium in niobium twin crystals with <100> symmetrical oblique grain boundaries was investigated by means of electron probe microanalysis. The diffusion depth and diffusion coefficient at 1273 ° C were measured. Except for the minimal diffusion rate at the coincidence location lattice (CSL) grain boundaries, the grain boundary diffusion increases with the increase in the twin orientation difference.
