本文研究在凸轮范成磨削加工过程中,砂轮尺寸变动对凸轮精度的影响.通过对各种尺寸组的凸轮机构进行大量的计算和分析,发现砂轮尺寸变动经补偿后在凸轮轮廓上的误差δ_k(以后简称为补偿后误差)是凸轮转角θ的连续函数.对于共轭凸轮,本文推导出了一个砂轮合理使用范围的估算公式.利用该公式,则能根据许用的滚子和凸轮之间的间隙,确定出砂轮的合理使用范围.对加工后的共轭凸轮进行静态和动态测试,证明范成加工的凸轮有较高的加工精度,其从动件有较好的运动平稳性.本文研究结果为范成加工原理的进一步探讨提供了依据.
In this paper, the influence of wheel size variation on cam accuracy during cam grinding process is studied.Based on a large amount of calculation and analysis of cam mechanism of various size groups, it is found that the error of cam profile δ_k (hereinafter referred to as the error after compensation) is a continuous function of cam rotation angle θ.For the conjugate cam, this paper deduces a reasonable estimation of the grinding wheel using the formula.Using this formula, according to allowable roller and cam Between the gap to determine the reasonable use of grinding wheel.Calculated after the processing of the cam static and dynamic test to prove that the fan into the processing of a higher precision cam, the follower has better motion stability.
