为进一步加强边疆少数民族地区人才工作,充分发挥延边州在长吉图开发开放中“窗口”和“前沿”作用。近期,州人社局组成调研组,对延边州珲春市、图们市、龙井市、和龙市、安图县等边境五县(市)机关事业单位人才队伍建设,特别是少数民族人才队伍建设情况进行了专题调研。期间,共召开5次座谈会,走访10余个机关事业单位,掌握了比较翔实的情况,初步为延边州少数民族人才队伍建设提供了科学发展的理论依据和实践基础。
