文章分别回顾了车轴材质研究及轮对技术研发的简史。介绍了日本新干线车轴采用高频淬火技术的起源及应用改善情况。新干线车轴自采用高频淬火工艺以来,基本上杜绝了因疲劳造成的断轴事故。还简要描述了轮对轮毂内端凸悬压装以及镗削空心车轴、波状辐板车轮等用以提高车轴、车轮安全性的实用技术。
The article reviews the axle material research and a brief history of the wheel technology research and development respectively. The origin and application of induction hardening technology of the Shinkansen axle in Japan are introduced. Shinkansen axles since the use of high-frequency quenching process, basically put an end to fatigue caused by broken shaft accident. The utility model also provides a brief description of the practical technology for improving the safety of the axles and the wheels of the wheel hub by using the inner end of the wheel hub as a convex pressing device and boring a hollow axle and a corrugated spoke wheel.
