采用紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱和循环伏安法,研究了水杨醛缩壳寡糖-Cu配合物与鲱鱼精DN A的相互作用。发现DN A使得水杨醛缩壳寡糖-Cu的紫外吸收光谱呈现增色效应;水杨醛缩壳寡糖-Cu离子在电极上的反应主要由扩散过程控制,加入D NA后氧化还原峰电流急剧降低。结果表明水杨醛缩壳寡糖-Cu与DN A分子之间以静电模式而发生了相互作用。
The interaction between salicylaldehyde oligochitosan-Cu complex and herring fish DN A was studied by UV absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. It was found that the UV absorption spectra of salicylaldehyde-reduced chitooligosaccharides-Cu showed an augmentation effect; the reaction of salicylaldehyde-reduced chitooligosaccharides with Cu ions at the electrode was mainly controlled by the diffusion process. The addition of DNA to the redox current Sharply reduced. The results show that the interaction between salicylalkylated chitooligosaccharides-Cu and DN A molecules takes the electrostatic mode.
